HearingDirect.com is the new online service which aims to revolutionise the hearing aid industry by offering the public quick and easy hearing checks and the latest digital hearing aids via the web from just £99, compared to the average price of £1,100 for equivalent products sold by high street retailers. The company was launched in February 2010 by entrepreneur Jamie Murray Wells and a team of leading hearing aid experts, and is aimed at the 8.2 million people in the UK with “mild or moderate” hearing loss.
